Hobbs writes, "With the coming of snow, the forest becomes a magical place. All signs of human impact seem to disappear and a sense of wilderness returns. With each snow fall, I take a walk in the woods. These walks are among my favorite times in the forest. It is here that I derive the most powerful inspiration to paint, providing ideas and drive for a host of paintings. This piece entitled 'Snow Fall' is small, yet packed with memories of snow-filled forests stretching back into my childhood. It conveys a place I always long to be." This painting is available as limited edition giclee prints on stretched canvas, with an edition size of 250. The image shows the 6x12 front of the painting, but as the work was painted on the edges as well, the prints also have finished edges, and can be displayed unframed. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist.
